Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Leva (operated by Orbixa Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Leva is an AI-powered business operations platform. AI agents act on your behalf to perform tasks you configure. You retain final approval authority over all material actions. The service is provided “as is” and may be updated or discontinued at any time.

You are responsible for: keeping login credentials secure; all activity under your account; ensuring data you provide is accurate and lawful; and ensuring agent actions comply with applicable laws including data protection, anti-spam, and advertising regulations.

You will not: use Leva to send spam or unsolicited communications; harass, defame, or harm individuals; violate data protection or privacy law; generate misleading, fraudulent, or illegal content; or attempt to circumvent security controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.

AI agents may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate output. You are responsible for reviewing all agent output before granting approval. Leva is not liable for the consequences of actions you approve or for decisions you make based on AI-generated content.

Draft-only policy for third-party publishing:Leva's agents create draft content for advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) and outreach tools. Leva does not publish or send this content without your explicit approval. Publishing or sending any AI-generated content is your action and your responsibility. You must ensure all published content complies with the policies of the relevant platform and applicable advertising law.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are at our sole discretion. Free tier limits and paid tier features are described on our pricing page and may change with 30 days notice. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Credits: some features (agent runs, AI image generation, video generation, and MCP tool actions) consume credits. Credits are denominated in GBP pence (1 credit = £0.01). Your subscription plan includes a credit allocation. Additional credits may be purchased. Credits are non-refundable once consumed and expire on account termination.

Pass-through costs: third-party service costs (such as Composio tool calls or AI image generation) are passed through to your credit balance with a 20% service margin. You will see the credit cost before any such action is triggered.

Orbixa Technologies Ltd retains all rights to the Leva platform, brand, and underlying software. You retain ownership of all business data and content you input. You also own the outputs generated by Leva's AI agents on your behalf, subject to any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI providers' terms of use.

You grant Orbixa Technologies Ltd a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.

Leva allows you to connect third-party services (email providers, CRM systems, advertising platforms, and others) through OAuth authorisation flows. By connecting an integration:

• You authorise Leva to take actions on that platform on your behalf, within the permissions you grant
• You remain responsible for compliance with that platform's terms of service and any applicable regulations
• You can revoke integrations at any time from your Integrations settings
• Leva is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms or changes to their APIs that affect Leva functionality

Composio integration layer: OAuth credential management and action execution for many integrations (including LinkedIn and Meta Ads) is handled through Composio, our integration sub-processor. When you connect an integration, your OAuth tokens may be stored and managed by Composio on our behalf. This is disclosed in our Privacy Policyunder data sub-processors. Disconnecting an integration from your settings triggers revocation of Composio-held credentials. Composio's service is governed by its own Terms of Service.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Our total liability to you is capped at the amount paid to Orbixa Technologies Ltd in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
